Application:Suit for recycling waste PET bottles, include water bottles, soft drinking bottles, oil bottles, etc. PET bottle washing recycling line is applied to separate PET bottles from label, cap, oil, garbage.
Specification:PET bottle washing line is mainly composed of bale opener, label remover, pre-washer, plastic crusher, hot washer, high speed friction washer, floating washing tank, high speed dewatering machine, pipe drying system and other equipment. Material will be processed by label removing, crushing, washing, dewatering, and drying. The moisture of final PET flakes will be less than 2%. The whole production line is easy to operate, efficient and low energy  consumption.
